This is not presented as a fixed plan. What is shown here reflects the current phase. A working direction, shaped by what is known now, and open to change as the ecosystem evolves. Kalithra is designed to decentralise over time. 

As more contributors enter, the structure begins to shift. Responsibility distributes. Influence becomes shared. The role of the founders softens, making space for a more collective form of stewardship. 

In this way, development remains alive. Responsive rather than rigid. Adaptive rather than controlled. Shaped by participation as much as by intention. This is the work in motion
